So on Saturday it was Afflecks' 30th birthday and as our shop resides in there we had to dress up in 80s gear as did all the other shop owners. I decided to go as Madonna circa 'Desperately Seeking Susan' - her best ever fashion moment i think. It wasn't such a great idea considering the weather recently (hotter than Eqypt, really!!!) and the fact i was wearing alot of black, but it was fun getting to dress up as Madge. Lucie crimped my hair all over the night before and i literally had a blonde afro. But i had alot of nice comments on the look so maybe it should become a more frequent look for me....
