Readers of this blog will know that when it comes to kimonos, me and those perfect jackets go way back. Whether it's a short, fringed style or long, velvet duster, i just can't get enough. Browsing through Ark's website the other day i came across a huge selection of different style kimonos and fell in love with quite a few. Okay, maybe alot....There is just something so easy about throwing on a kimono in the summer months. My favourite way to style them is with some ripped shorts, a band tee, some beaten up boots and a fedora. Whilst being a festival favourite, kimonos are so versatile and so, so easy to work into your wardrobe. Check out how i style them up and if any of them take your fancy then head here to check out the full collection at Ark.

This tie dye dream is just incredible. I love the long fringing on it and the light, pastel colours. This outfit is just summer perfection and such a great look for festivals this year.

This kimono is so cute for summer with it's oriental print. Add a playsuit, huge wedges and some gold hardware and you're good to go. The fringed backpack stops the look from being too girly and if you're not a fan of heels then swap for some suede, tassled navajo boots.

Thought i'd grunge it up a bit for this last outfit. This loose, floral kimono is the perfect cover-up to chuck on when the sun has gone in. Worn with ripped, low slung jeans and a crop top to contrast the pretty florals. And always add a bindi.

this is probably my favourite trend this summer yay
