She is only, but Elle Fanning is quickly becoming a fashion icon and muse, along with her older sister Dakota. Showing she is older than her years in this photoshoot, i can't believe she isn't actually older. These photos are so playful and i love the whole 'california sun' atmosphere. I wish i had Elle's hair though...
